Fun was had with 11 rigs on my 2nd Annual Sadie Hawkins Run! A number of ladies took the wheel as we went into the Jemez Mtns through the Gilman Tunnels, cruised up FR 376 enjoying some fall colors, and then wandered east to explore Virgin and Holiday Mesas. We had incredible views of Battleship Rock, Soda Dam, Jemez Springs, and some amazing hoodoos. Critter sightings included wild turkeys and a bear! After recent rains throughout the state, we found mud, although not as bad as I thought it might be. As usual in the Jemez, the chainsaws came out and we did some trail clearing. A beautiful sunny day spent wandering the woods with my NM4W peeps!
